Bluefors Welcomes Greg Parker as President, Cryocoolers
Bluefors is delighted to announce that Greg Parker has become President, Cryocoolers, effective today. In his new role, Greg will lead the Cryocoolers business based in Syracuse, New York, and become a member of the Bluefors Group Leadership Team. He succeeds Rich Dausman, who has decided to retire after an exceptional 50-year career and will remain with Bluefors through September 30, 2026, to support a smooth transition.
Greg Parker brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across industrial, technology, automotive, and aerospace sectors. Most recently, he served as Director of the HIS Business Unit at Marquardt for the Americas, where he held P&L responsibility for a portfolio of advanced sensors, switches, and electronics. During his career, he has led business growth initiatives, expanded commercial capabilities, developed new markets, and built high-performing cross-functional teams. Earlier, he held a range of leadership positions at Eaton, spanning product management, business development, sales leadership, and general management.

As President, Greg will have full responsibility for the Cryocoolers business and its continued growth and performance. He will also play an important role in strengthening collaboration across the global Bluefors organization while supporting the company’s commercial and operational development.
