Our latest production KIDE Cryogenic Platform has taken a significant leap in control, ease-of-use, and performance — it is now powered by our Gas Handling System Generation 2, bringing with it all the advantages and advanced features of our next generation control software.
Streamlined Hardware
With KIDE now utilizing Gas Handling System Gen. 2, the entire system has a more streamlined and optimized architecture resulting in a smaller footprint.
The KIDE Cryogenic Platform is operated using three of our most advanced GHS1000 systems, fully equipped with the Industrial Features Package. At the heart of this architecture is a Primary Gas Handling System (GHS) that manages the pumping station, diagnostic cart, and an integrated industrial computer running KIDE Control Software Gen. 2. This unified architecture simplifies operations by consolidating all critical functions under one control framework, delivering efficiency and ease of use.
The platform is supported by a dedicated diagnostic cart which includes an integrated temperature controller and a power supply module for heaters. This provides precise thermal management and extensive diagnostics, ensuring optimal system performance and faster troubleshooting.

- Full-System automation: The automation seamlessly coordinates all components across the platform. In addition, users can easily apply global settings, such as adjusting heater power levels, to all relevant elements simultaneously.
- Individual flexibility: While global control is seamless, you can still fine-tune each of the three cooling inserts independently when needed.
- Enhanced data monitoring: A redesigned data viewer makes it easier to track more parameters and gain deeper insights into system performance.
