The optional Instrument Cart for Generation 2 systems provides ample space for housing devices and equipment. The Instrument Cart can be used to install Bluefors Temperature Controller(s), power supplies for the 4K heaters, superconducting magnets and other devices. It can also be used as a mobile location for the optional Industrial PC display.
Standard 19” rack-mounted electronics can also be housed in the Instrument Cart. When the optional Fast Sample Exchange is included in the system, the Instrument Cart is mandatory to hold the FSE controller.

Safe and Convenient

Created to safely house supplementary electronics, the Instrument Cart features a built-in EtherCAT connection for a simplified setup and usability. It is EMC certified together with the FSE controller and 4K heater power supplies. Standing on wheels, the Instrument Cart is easy to move around the lab environment and it reduces cable clutter.

Easy Housing of Additional Equipment

The Instrument Cart utilizes the standard 19” form factor. Any 19” rack-mounted equipment can also be housed in the Instrument Cart, providing an easy way to house equipment used in your experiments.
