The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) holds two annual technical meetings in the spring and autumn. The spring meeting held in the Tokyo area usually has about 7,000 participants, while the autumn meeting held in other parts of Japan attracts approximately 6,000 participants, with nearly 4,000 papers being presented.

In 2024, we will join the JSAP Spring Meeting for the first time with a booth after the expansion in Japan. Meet us at booth E-14!

Join our talk on March 22 at 12:10 pm in room 12G, where we will present our Gas Handling System Generation 2. The talk will be presented by Satoru Miyamoto, Service Manager, and Satoru Masubuchi, Assistant Service Manager.
