Cryogenic Measurement System Option

The Heavy Load Support Rod is a retrofittable component that allows significantly larger payloads to be installed in XLDsl and LDsl systems.

The Heavy Load Support Rod allows larger payloads up to 450 kg in XLDsl systems (with three rods), and 300 kg with LDsl systems (with two rods) to be installed at the mixing chamber flange. They can be easily retrofitted, and no modifications are needed to the system flanges.

The positioning of the support rods depends on the system. The support rods are installed in a KF40 port, which must be a LOS port to the mixing chamber flange.
