Cryomech Helium Recovery System at The University of Arkansas

In May of this year we had the pleasure of commissioning a Helium Recovery System at the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry at the University of Arkansas. John Ketcham, who is our Helium Sales Engineer, traveled to the University to help them get the system up and running. Their cost savings over time will be significant and the security of being able to recover their helium in house gives them peace of mind. From Wesley Stites, the department’s chair, “the department currently spends about $40,000 a year for liquid helium, this investment will very quickly be paid back and result in an overall 15 percent return on the investment.” Learn more about their system and read the article in its entirety.
