If you have any technical support questions for Bluefors products, please reach out to our Technical Support team using the form below, or by email to: support@bluefors.com.

Please include the serial number of your system in your message or subject line. The serial number can be found in the test report or printed on the CE labels on the Control Unit, Gas Handling System, and cryostat. On systems built prior to 2018, please find the serial number on the door of the Control Unit.
