The new Cryomech PT205 Pulse Tube Cryocooler is a compact, two-stage pulse tube cryocooler designed to meet the cooling requirements of advanced scientific applications, including superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SNSPDs).
Delivering greater than 10 milliwatts of cooling power at 2.5 K with only 1.3 kW of power consumption makes the PT205 an efficient solution for advanced technologies requiring cryogenic temperatures in the 2-4 K range with longer mean time between maintenance.
