The Optional Service Turbo (Turbo 2) is a dedicated turbomolecular pump for vacuum pumping. The option utilizes the service manifold, entirely separated from the main circulation circuit, for evacuation operations. This enables more secure operations, and provides more flexibility compared to the standard pump (Turbo 1).
