Authorized users of Bluefors products can access product manuals, service instructions, software, and other downloads on the Bluefors online technical support pages (the “
Support Pages”).
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Support Pages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Support Pages.
Registration and Account Security: Users are required to register and create an account to access the Support Pages. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Bluefors of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
User Activity and Data Collection: Bluefors may monitor user activity on the Support Pages, including access and downloads. Such monitoring may include collection of information about your computer or device (including IP address) for the purposes of verifying compliance with these terms and maintaining the security and integrity of the Support Portal and its content.

Use Restrictions: You agree not to (i) modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the content available on the Support Pages; (ii) decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Support Pages; and/or (iii) transfer the content to third parties.
Access Restrictions and Trade Compliance: Bluefors reserves the right to restrict or block access to the Support Pages and/or its content, or to limit or terminate user accounts, in order to comply with any applicable trade compliance laws, regulations, or policies. This may include geo-blocking users from certain regions or countries, or removing access to specific content. By using the Support Pages, you acknowledge and agree that your access may be subject to such restrictions and that Bluefors shall not be liable for any resulting limitations on your use of the Support Pages.
Intellectual Property Rights: All content available on the Support Pages, including text, graphics, logos, and downloadable manuals and software, is the property of Bluefors or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. The content is provided for the internal use of authorized Bluefors customers. The content shall not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, or otherwise used for any other purposes without written permission of Bluefors.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability: The Support Pages are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Bluefors makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to their availability. Bluefors will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Support Pages, including without limitation indirect, incidental, punitive, and/or consequential damages.
Amendments to Terms: Bluefors may amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Finland, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
